Empress Aria Laurent, murdered by Dylan Dalton, is reborn as an heiress. She encounters nemesis Dylan Dalton, attached to tycoon Ian Montgomery. Dylan colludes with Graham siblings to take over Montgomery Group, replicating his past scheme. Ian appears to have amnesia but feels attraction to Aria. Aria senses Ian's amnesia is pretense.
