Laurel Love

This is a sweet second‑chance romance set against Greek mythology. Chloe, a nymph of the laurel grove, rescues the wounded sun god Apollo, and the two fall into a secret romance. Overhearing Apollo tell his friend Hermes that their relationship is merely casual play, Chloe flees with a broken heart. On the run, she is mauled by monsters and disfigured. After enduring terrible suffering, she gives birth to their daughter Phoebe yet loses her infant son. On the brink of death, she is saved by Artemis, Apollo’s twin sister, goddess of the hunt.
