Sean Lennox, the son of the Apex Group's Chairman, hides his identity as an intern at the Virtue & Grace Hospital. His practice of prescribing low-cost medicine is frowned upon by the Director and other doctors. They frame Sean for using fake medicine and mislead patients into forming a hospital mob. Another doctor, Desmond Warner, even falsely claims to be the Chairman's son. In the end, everyone is put in their place.
