Vegetable vendor Sophia Wang was once the King of Gamblers. Her son, Leo Lee, is framed and falls into huge gambling debt. She returns to the casino to expose the card sharps' scams and dismantles the underground gambling network. She closes the casino and establishes the Anti-Gambling Rehabilitation Center. The mother and son use their experiences to educate people about the dangers of gambling.
