Rowan Shaw is reborn on the day of the Palace Banquet. She uses a striptease to reveal her Chastity Mark to prove her innocence, and sees through her stepsister and fiancé's plot involving disease-transferring Gu Sorcery. She secretly lays out a plan, turning the tables to shift the blame, causing her enemies' conspiracy to be exposed and their reputations ruined. In the end, she clears her name and joins hands with the Young General, Miles Lang, who is also reborn, to start a new life.
