My Boss Doctor’s Secret Patient

Episode 1 / 1334.7K

At a top-tier teaching hospital, Adrian Vale, a stern cardiothoracic surgeon, is preparing a medical teaching program called "Atlas Lab", which requires real human models to train medical students in physical examination and diagnosis. Down-on-his-luck fourth-year medical student Leo Morgan, who was evicted for unpaid rent and had his scholarship frozen, is forced to become a "standardized patient model" in the program. An incident after a cocktail party led to the two being photographed exiting the duty room in disheveled clothing; the next day, Leo’s account unexpectedly received two hundred thousand dollars privately transferred from Adrian. The hospital’s senior management immediately accused Adrian of overstepping his bounds by abusing his position as a superior, while Leo was slandered as a poor student who had extorted his boss. The one who actually took Leo's phone, forged the transfer, and edited the video is Preston Knox, the hospital's COO — Adrian's ex-boyfriend, and the mastermind behind the plot to seize the research fund of Atlas Lab.
