In 2026, the RE virus breaks out. Game designer Lin Xuan transmigrates into the apocalyptic world he himself created and binds with the quirky yet powerful “Echo BGM System”. Armed with strategies from his previous life, he harvests cores, awakens abilities, slaps down his bullying boss Wang Defa, and gathers strong companions like Shen Qinglin, Shen Qingyao, Jiang Xin, and Bai He. He fights zombies and villainous forces, gradually uncovers the earth‑shaking conspiracy of the AI Nüwa manipulating the apocalypse, leads survivors to build Hope Base, defies fate, and ends the doomsday catastrophe.
