Top salesman Leo Linden's supervisor, James Walker, tries to suppress him by secretly upgrading a team event for kickbacks, then conspires with colleagues to force Leo to pay the bill. Leo, having gathered evidence, refuses. After colleagues pay, they retaliate. Leo presents evidence of fraud and kickbacks to General Manager Mr. Davis. Employees are fired, and Leo is promoted to department supervisor. He implements transparent systems, leads his team, and earns recognition.
