Candace White is reborn before The Great Frost. Julian White and Cynthia Lewis stole her Conduit Bracelet, leaving her to freeze. She protects the bracelet and her sister, Bai He. She builds a fortress, hoards supplies, and brings her sister back. She teams up with Declan Shaw (Cryokinesis), recruiting Ian Winslow (psychic detector) and Sean Winslow (lightning wielder).
