After time-traveling, I dominated the ancient world through performance evaluations

Episódio 1 / 40

After the young master's coming-of-age ceremony, Lady personally allocated him his own courtyard. Unfortunately, he spent his days indulging in romantic dalliance and idle leisure—gambling on cockfights, and racing horses. The courtyard quickly became a place of disorder and moral decay. Disappointed, Lady replaced the servants in his household over and over again. By chance, that's when I showed up. Me, a professional HR manager, who had found myself in the body of a newly hired maid. If there's one thing I excel at, it's organizational management. I wasted no time in implementing a comprehensive system of performance evaluations paired with a robust package of incentives and penalties. Rewards and punishments were handed out fairly, balancing authority with compassion. The young master's head maid sneered at me, her tone dripping with sarcasm. "I've been serving the young master for years. Your ridiculous little rules—what does it matter if we don't follow them?" I smiled. "Let me introduce you to the concept of the last-place elimination policy."
