Arthur Thorne learns his son, Leo Thorne, is married, Claire is pregnant. He finds them. Leo and his wife are bullied by Felix Walden; Arthur saves them. Leo joins Riverfall Construction, offends contractor Li Dabao, in collusion with the Huxley family. He is persecuted, but Arthur resolves crises. Arthur brings down the Huxley family, hands Riverfall Group to Leo. Father and son are reunited. Leo's life gets back on track, Arthur accepts a new relationship.
