Bound to Ancient Twins

Jack Carter travels to ancient times, facing starvation in a chaotic winter. His sister-in-law Rachel Lynn and her twin sister join him. They activate the Homestead Guardian System: protect family, build home, earn supplies and powers. He uses it to protect Rachel and twins, rescue a girl, tame wolves, beat bandits, and survive.
