Gideon Alden, a village chef with a disability, is betrayed by Faye Shaw, a university student he sponsored. To steal his business, Faye Shaw slanders him, incites villagers, and forces Gideon and his daughter to leave. She uses expired pre-made meals, causing a serious food poisoning incident. Gideon Alden rediscovers his value at his daughter's high-end restaurant, earning respect with his genuine culinary skills.
