Moon Queen & Wolf Sovereign

Alala devoted twelve years of her life to Jasper, only to be heartlessly abandoned on the eve of their wedding after discovering his affair with Selen. While lost during a stormy night, she was rescued by Vaughn, the Wolf King; romance blossomed between them, and Alala became the Moon Queen, bearing a son and eventually conceiving a second child. Six years later, at a market and a banquet, Jasper and Selen repeatedly humiliated her in public, shattered the "Moon Halo" necklace Vaughn had given her, and even wounded Alala, causing the loss of her unborn child. Vaughn arrived to mete out severe punishment, exposing the truth behind Selen's feigned immortality and exiling Jasper. Alala later learned that Vaughn had secretly loved her for years; with her son by her side, she resolved all past misunderstandings with Vaughn, and the two settled into a life of peaceful companionship.
