The Wasteland Billionaire

In his past life, Gordon Shaw was poor, unable to afford treatment for his wife, Autumn. Reborn in 1996 with past life memories, he targets a village wasteland he knows will become valuable land. He withstands village criticism and Vince Lowe's harassment, earning money by flipping scrap metal for Autumn's surgery. Fending off Vince Lowe, Gordon Shaw legally defends his land. The land value skyrockets, and he makes his comeback, making up for past regrets and spending his days with his wife.
