Lucia Lowe was betrayed and killed by ex-boyfriend Milo Locke. Reborn, she awakens the Apocalypse Diner system, sheltering survivors. Milo Locke (Mind-Control Ability) and Dr. Chen attack the diner, controlling mutant beasts, poisoning water. Lucia Lowe, with partners Jay Jensen, Luna, tames beasts, upgrades defenses. She destroys their laboratory, resolves poison crisis, defeats Milo Locke and Dr. Chen. She obtains the Seed of Purification, reversing mutations, bringing life back.
