Dragon-slaying knight Edric ran into the legendary treasure-stealing dragon Lucien during a mission, but instead of killing him like he expected, the dragon actually called out his name while injured. As he dug deeper, a bigger conspiracy came to light. In the end, he exposed his father's crimes with his own hands and, together with his lover, a silver dragon, found a sanctuary where humans and dragons could coexist.
