Roxy Long, leader of the Kowloon Syndicate, disbands it for Miles Landon's wish, becoming homeroom teacher of the worst class. Faced with mischievous students, Roxy uses her methods to establish authority. Students prank Roxy, but she resolves them, making students suffer consequences. When Roxy teaches a lesson they can't understand, she uses gang-style methods. Students cause a crisis in the lab, Roxy rescues them.
