Ava Sterling becomes assistant for architect Grant Coleman. Grant's wife, Catherine Thorne, and Ava's friend, Chloe Oakley, conspire. Catherine schemes to use Ava against Grant. Ava doesn't comply, collects evidence, and connects with Grant. Grant questions her loyalty. Ava fights. In court, Ava testifies, Chloe turns, and evidence proves Catherine's forgery. Catherine loses and leaves. Ava returns to Grant.
