In an apocalypse. River Cross is reborn and awakens the Copy Talent, allowing him to take anyone's Talent with a single touch. He puts juniors in their place, slays the City Guard's Captain, and stands against the Vice City Lord. He gathers friends, purges traitors, and seizes resources. He ultimately becomes an untouchable powerhouse in the Obsidian Base, protecting those he cares about!
