The Stolen Noodle Legacy

Evan Chen partners with his uncle to open a noodle shop, using his father's formula. His uncle takes most profit. Evan shuts down the shop, destroys the formula, and opens a new noodle shop. His uncle attempts to replicate the flavor, borrows from a loan shark, leading to his ruin. Evan Chen takes on apprentice Leo Rivers, teaching him the craft. Leo Rivers opens a 'Legacy' noodle shop, ensuring the Chen family's craft is passed down.
