Selene Cameron, a quirky modern forensic examiner, time-travels and becomes the Seventh Princess Consort of the Grand Xia Dynasty. The Seventh Prince, Rhys Shaw, is said to be cruel and cursed to be a wife-killer. Fortunately, she is protected by The Spatial System. She can only return to the modern world by gaining a certain Intimacy Level with Rhys Shaw and helping him clear his name in an old case.
