Willow Quinn is diagnosed with terminal bone cancer. To ensure her paralyzed daughter, Coco, is cared for, she tries to entrust her to ex-husband Ethan Carter, but he refuses. Willow attempts suicide with Coco. Ethan accuses her of 'attempted murder.' The police discover her cancer, and Willow is released to spend her final moments with Coco.
