The Engineer's Revenge

After selling his old house for his daughter's education, architectural engineer Chase Lennox discovers serious safety hazards due to disturbances from upstairs residents. His attempts to dissuade them are fruitless, and he is treated maliciously. Chase Lennox uses his professional knowledge to set a trap to retaliate against the bad neighbors and moves out. The bad neighbors suffer the consequences, leading to the collapse of the old building.
